Used the sticky to calculate everything.. only I'm using myfitnesspal so it changed the numbers a tiny bit when I tried to customize it.. still close though. Couldn't figure out how to make it EXACTLY what I wanted.

Weight: 128
Goal: Bulk to 150-160

Lift: 4x/week for 60-90 mins
Cardio: 1x/week for 15-30 mins

(kcals - 2,861) (carbs - 358) (fat - 95) (protein - 143)

What is your TDEE?

What is your TDEE?

BMR (Katch-McArdle) = 1497.52
TEE (light to moderate activity 3-5 x a week with moderately active lifestyles [14-16 kcal/ pound])= 1920

TDEE = 1497.52 + 1920 = 3417.52

That is if I did it right.. which I don't think I did

Just from a cursory look something is off. Your targeted calories are at around ~2900cals and TDEE at ~3400cals? Yet your aim is to gain.

Regardless, start at 2900 calories. Monitor for 2-3 weeks and see how you do (scale, mirror, progress pics, etc..). That's still more than 20cals/lb of BW which is usually sufficient for most.

on a calculator (which guessed my BMR right, it said my TDEE is 2130.

looks solid, wouldn't hurt to have more protein.
