Hi I need some advice,,I'm 43 years old and have shed 4 stone of fat since Christmas I'm down to 12% body fat.I have been lifting weights for 3 months concentrating on compound exercises,,dead lifts squats etc...I'm ready to bulk after a weeks rest...could I train 6 times a week or is that to much?..has anyone got a good workout routine with exercises reps etc?..thanks in advance
