I am a junior in high school and this year is going to be my senior year. I did pretty good my junior year but I want to come back and kick the living daylights out of people. Any one have any suggestions? Perhaps a diet plan as well. My stats are below.


Height: 6'1
Weight:220
Age: 17
Bench Press: 225x3
Box Squat:315x5

At your height... unless you get to minimum 280 lbs... you don't have much of a shot at a Div 1 school. And then you have to be athletic and very sound technically.

I'm not interested in playing D1 I just wanna dominate at the high school level

brb benching more than you at 5'7 170. If you want to be a dominate OL, you need to get stronger

poosy I weigh 50 lbs less and bench 315 and box squat 430. For real eat enough train agility and speed so even if you get fat you'll be an athletic fat. Big kids who can move quickly are scary in HS even if technique is decent. Go to nutrition section for diet advice, lift like an athlete not a body builder, and study technique from the greats. Hard work dedication and perseverance buddy

A little late to be asking advice with only a few months before camp. Not enough time to gain a significant amount of strength/weight/agility unless you're still on dat dere noob gains time. Technique/IQ > all, better get on dat footwork every day.

at the highschool level and your height I would probably just keep lifting for power and keep bulking up, have fun with it if you don't have true aspirations of playing college

you still got a little bit of time to grow but your typical D1 o-lineman recruit is gonna be 6'2+ 265-285 out of high school and will usually bulk up to 310-320 by his sophmore year in college
