Well basically ive been back to gym after a long break and I am on a bulking diet . Tuesday morning I came back home from night shift with burning fever of 104 degrees . So i ve been drinking hot chocolate sorta drinks and over cooked rice for the past two days and been on paracetamols and anti biotics .

The temperature has come down to 99 degrees today . so what can I start eating I dont want to go full on 3200 calories .

P.s I have been drinking plenty of water when I was down with fever .

Eat what you want that's less than 3200 calories lol. Easily digestible foods will be better.

Foods that are easy to digest and nutrient dense. Rest, and recover.

Don't worry about hitting 3,200 kcal. Focus on getting back to proper health and then get back to your bodybuilding goals.

Vegetable/chicken noodle soup, banana, yogurt, eggs, applesauce, etc.

People digest/react differently to different food, but those seem to be some generic ones.

Most other fruits and vegetables should be ok as well.
