Well i am trying to bulk up and get big. But being only 13 i cant just go out and buy what ever id like. Thats what i was going to go out and try to do but my moms like oh your eating what we eat for dinner. Id like to buy chicken, steak, fish, ect and eat that, instead of something my mom makes. So basically what can i tell her to let her buy my own stuff. Or what can i eat for my meals. Heres a basic

7:00
Weight gainer shake
(homemade till i can get it on Weds)
2 scoops weigh 240cals
1 cup oats 240cals
2 tbs of olive oil 300
1tbs natty pb 100cals
880cals

1:00
Turkey sandwhich on bun 300cals
String cheese 80cals
Cashews 150cals
Milk 230cals
760cals

4:00
Post workout
Weight gainer 900cals
(45mins b4 workout)

6:00
What ever my mom makes
Veggies, potatoes rice meat (but its not all the time and then i dont get my calories for the day...sometimes its a frozen pizza

8:00
2scoops of weigh
w/ 2%milk
350cals

2890 cals not including dinner

i would shed some calories from either lunch or the weight gainer and add a morning snack

Not that I'm trying to piss on your bonfire mate, but at 13, why do you want to get so big? Weight training before you have finished puberty will (so I have heard) stunt your growth and your gain will be minimal anyway due to your hormone system not being fully developed.

If I were you, I'd wait a few years, at least till your 17-18 and then your gains will be slightly easier and more noticable.

to get girls at 13 forget bodybuilding,play the kiss game or the doctor game and all this stuff... lol
