Has anyone else noticed excess sweating and really bad stamina consuming certain foods before cardio?

Not to accuse anyone of cardio, but js.

Well eating something high in fat or just too high in calories, is probably a bad idea right before cardio.

The only time I've ever felt bad during my run is one morning when I ate grits. If I eat protein before I run I also get stomach issues which results in massive diarrhea when I finish. So every morning i just consume a banana/mango smoothie and that works for me. http://www.strava.com/activities/144590561

I once chugged three beers while running a mile. (Beer Mile.) Do not recommend. It kind of felt like a lava lamp in my stomach. But by the end I was pretty happy.

Bacon is also a bad idea.

And if we're going to get all scientific about it, high fat, high fiber, or high protein before a cardio session performed at intensity are all bad ideas. Also, too much caffeine can cause gastric distress, though a little bit improves performance.

Ate a huge stack of pancakes before cardio once.... those bushes probably didn't like me being sick in them; fasted cardio ever since.

Nope.
I know some people are bothered by fiber when running.

The only issues I've ever had are the opposite. After a long/hard cardio session, I don't want to eat.
After my first marathon I had to force myself to eat and try to prevent puking.

Same. Alcohol and diuretics have never worked out for more obvious reasons, but anything high fat makes me cramp up in the stomach and sweat like a Christian at a gay pride parade.

Heavy meats, especially steak (beef).
