Well i started the new split program today to try and put on some muscle mass, however i dont want to be taking in a huge amount of calories, i still want to lose some of the gut that i have.... i have been through a few calculators online and basically they all tell me i should have this make-up of my diet...
2851 calories per day.
190 grams of protein per day.
333 grams of carbs per day.
79 grams of fat per day.

i'm just wondering if people think this is ok.....i currently weigh about 72kg and am looking to slim down a LITTLE but am also looking for a put on of some good muscle mass.

like i said, i started the new weight program which is biceps, shoulders, legs and abs on mondays and thursdays, then tri's chest, legs and abs on tuesdays and fridays.

i am also doing cardio on monday(boxing), wednesday(run 10km), Friday(boxing) and sunday(run10km).

you can still eat alot of calories just make sure there clean
id say take in about 3,100 cals
so basically dont go off and get your calories from mcdonalds
if you eat clean and train hard with your cardio you will get bigger (muscle), and you wll lose your fat
