99% of them are Kobe fans and they are upset that he is already better than Kobe ever was and is on path to surpass Michael Jordan as the GOAT of the GOATs. You should hear how salty Michael Jordan gets about Lebron because he also feel the threat that his legacy will be surpassed by someone else.

It's quite simple OP. Lebron is so great, that 22 7, 6 with 3 blocks while shooting 50% from the field is considered an ABYSMAL game by him. It's funny, because the goons who're bashing him for being **** in that game tonight, are inadvertently saying he's BY FAR the best player in the game since he's set the bar extremely high even by their standards.

As a long time Heat fan, I've learned that there is literally nothing he could do short of getting 100 points every game that could shut people up. I remember people saying he would never win a ring, that Melo would become better than him (LOL), and now that there's no way he can 3peat because the east is a "weak conference" (lol wut).

He is on his way to being the statistical GOAT player in the NBA.

In short, haters gonna hate. I feed off their rustled jimmies.

Because the Kobe and LeBron stans are inbreds who spend a good portion of their lives hating on one player while simultaneously sucking off the other.

I don't understand why you can't like both (or neither for that matter), and why loving one of the two aforementioned players means you have to hate on the other.

I always did like to watch Kobe's game more, but LeBron is great in his own right. I just don't see how people take these things so personally.

hes a great player but hes just living off winning the genetic lottery. They way he left cleveland and his attitude since he came to miami isn't pleasant either. You dont just turn off twitter and go to "playoff mode". Great players can focus in the playoffs because in the offseason they are preparing for it. He is great for the sport but people need to cool it with the greatest of all time bull****. He doesn't have half the prowess offensively as some of the greats. You give any hall of fame player lebrons body and todays nba rules, oh lawd.

as just an observer, i am srs curious as to why the hate. Or is it just how ppl hate corsby and manning. hate on the best.

Why I don't respect him fully like I do most other legends of the game.

-Bailed on his team when they just had like 3 50 win seasons. Bailed, he didn't build and develop his team. No patience. Promised the city of Cleveland a championship I kind of thought he was going to be the face of that franchise.
-Not a man of his word. Everybody slips on little things but 25 years old acting like a young teen in the face of the media constantly. Everybody with that big of a name should be seeking attention building their name etc but the way he does his thing with the media is tacky and cringeworthy as a mother****er to me personally.
-Arrogance. He called a dude asking him a question a retard on live television. Somebody should have called that pussy out right then and there. The amount of disrespect he's displayed to those he's working with is unnecessary. Him yelling at Chalmers like he's a kid. He'll bark in his face like he's ready to kill but he wont even think about squaring up to Derek Fisher or any other guard on the opposite team. Throwing his **** on the ground (warm up clothing) purposely one by one while a kid on the bench picks his **** up i.e. treated him like a peasant. Staring down Jordan and he's not even playing him. Probably put more time in studying Jordan than most kids do English by the time they graduate and he's staring him down justa ****ing idiot sometimes. Mocking Dirk Nowitzki for being sick while he chooses to flail around like a ****ing guppy every game. 260 lb 6'8 pure muscle getting pushed around who are you really fooling?
-Flopping. Already called that. No other player flops as often and as obviously as LeBron James does. The hardcore fans don't want to see that phaggot bitch ****.

8 years strong in the league, he joins Wade and Bosh and assumes the leader role and completely let his team down because he had no idea how to handle zone defense. Couldn't get to the hole and threes he chucked up late on the clock all series. He should have let Wade take the shots vs Mavs but instead he milked clock all series as he panicked when the Mavs took away his lanes to the hole. I'm just saying, he didn't know what the **** it was to truly lead a team until 2012. Before that he was an extremely talented, physically dominant stat stuffer. Then he started to do whatever it takes. After the Thunder in '12 he started to pick apart his opponents. After that I respected his game a lot more.

Wow, people are seriously going to talk about Lebron flopping after that Oscar worthy performance by Stephenson tonight? People who hate Lebron will literally put him down after EVERY game, just pay attention. Ignore the stat line, ignore the outcome, there will be a comment somewhere of someone making an excuse of why he did well, or saying he didn't do enough, or he choked etc.

It's crazy man, I don't even know how those people could enjoy watching basketball. It's just constant bitterness.

As far as Cleveland goes, who cares?. Who was the last person that gave Shaq chit for leaving Orlando and teaming up with Kobe? No one. For god sakes, the Nike special raised millions for charity, how in the world people find negativity in that is beyond me. Players fought for a long time to get free agency, and now people get mad when a player doesn't go where they think he should.

That's just the nature of the game today. Rule and culture changes have led to this. If LeBron or Blake were playing for the Pistons, Celtics, Sixers, etc in the '80s then they wouldn't be flopping because it wouldn't lead to a foul and thus an advantage.

No its just common sense... Lebron is rarely ever injured, hardly ever misses a game, is an athletic freak (260 pounds muscle), named first team all state in american football in high school.

But yes, he is just a huge pussy who flops because he is weak... he doesn't do it to gain an advantage because otherwise refs aint calling chit because he is so fcking strong. Blows my mind that people legitimately think Lebron is some kind of pussy, and he couldn't cope in the 80s.

If you don't know why people hate Lebron you haven't been watching basketball for very long.

He was one of the most liked athletes in the world when he was in Cleveland. Then 'the decision' happened and he lost all loyalty and humility. Nobody disputes his skill on the court, it's his off the court actions that turned me away from him. His ego has exploded lately and it's getting tiresome. He's turned into a Floyd Mayweather type personality IMO.

I just hate the "what if" argument, man.

You're a terrible troll.

You pretend to operate under certain rules and logic but you don't, you just get really upset when people point out obvious facts to you, about a game you claim to despise and never watch, you're one of the biggest hypocrites of all time.http://sidoxia.files.wordpress.com/2009/09/pot-kettle-black.jpg

So, someone saying Lebron would dominate in the 80s is a fact? I'd love to see how this is a fact.

Short answer: his fans. Worse than kobe fans. This would be the 2nd factor in my hating Lebron.

It's ridiculous how much a fanbase can make me hate a particular athlete.

Floyd Mayweather is way more badass than Lebron will ever be so I don't agree with you there. But the rest I dig. Fa sho

Floyd is definitely the extreme example. I just put his name out there because everyone knows how he acts. Lebron isn't on par with Floyd but he's got that same cocky attitude, just not so pronounced and in your face.

I watched that game against Brooklyn where he got 49 points and all he could talk about afterwards was how he really wanted 50 so he'd be remembered as getting 50 in a playoff game. He acted like he didn't even care they just won and went up 3-1. All that mattered to him were the history books. That rustled my jimmies.

I'd love to see both beaten into a coma in the ring.

No one claimed (at least I didn't) that he would dominate the 80s. The dynamic of the game has changed and "flopping" in todays game provides an advantage that it didn't in the past.

there is nothing lebron fans have to be butthurt about

he's the defending champ, considered a top 7 player of all time already by most basketball analysts and will most likely win another championship this year

lebron haters on the other hand....

No one said he would dominate, they said he would play differently based on rule changes that grant different advantages.

See? You're a BAD troll who has no idea what is actually going on, and you completely deflected the fact that you know jack **** about the NBA, let alone during the years you were born.

Where did I ever say I know more than most about the NBA? I know I don't know jack ****, but I do know basic logic.

basic logic would suggest that a 6'8 260lb athletic monster with the speed of a point guard would not in fact have trouble playing a physical game

And this is exactly why we do it. As a GROWN MAN, you shouldn't be this damn sensitive to words online. If you're taking **** THIS personally, you deserve to get rustled. Period.

Lebron fans living in hater's heads rent free.

I just find it ridiculous that someone that big and athletically gifted acts like such a pushover. I know it's how the league is played or whatever. I just think he could be even better if he didn't do all that terrible acting.

Bring on the flames/insults for the that statement.

The real reason is because lebron plays in an era where every single dribble can be shared virally in a nanosecond online. Facebook, twitter, and online streaming can pass information for good and bad instantly. If Jordan or the early years of Kobe where in this era then they would be receiving the same criticism

So you think he DOES get an advantage out of it, and that he does it for the advantage, but you think he would do better without it?

No. You might LIKE him better without it, but that's irrelevant; "Haters gonna hate" - Abraham Lincoln
