Hi guys

Just a question, when you measure with a tape measure round your arms and quads etc is it an accurate way of seeing if u made gains in the space of 2 months. I checked around Jan Feb time and my measurements are the same and I've grasped nutrition properly now.. even back then I was eating enough just didn't have a understanding I'm the scientific bits of it. Am I doing something wrong to not make gains in my second year of training ?

Thanks alot once again

Usually 2 months you wont see any significant change in measurements, but you may see them in the mirror. It might be better to take a photo(s) in the mirror and do the same pose in a couple months and compare them. There's a bunch of facts that can change when making measurements on yourself depending how hard you flex etc.

Also the scale can help a little, but even that's not a good one cause of water weight etc.

Best bet is photos, using things like scale and measuring tape as tools to help but not the only focus
