I'm really motivated to losing weight and gaining muscle but the problem is I don't know what I should be eating : (

I am 6'2 240 pounds.. what is safe to eat?! please and thanks

+1 on reading the stickies they will definitely help.

I'd also recommend My Fitness Pal app. I use it daily to track my calories and I've taken off 70 lbs, and kept it off for 8 months so far.
