Dr Darden has a new book out about 30second neg, 30second positive and 30second negative, obviously done very slow. I just started it and it seems to be working, ie weight loss, and strength increase. Has anyone else had any experience with this?

Not really, but negatives kill my joints.

Good luck on trying it out though.

No, but I used to do 6 reps to failure, 6 forced reps and finish with 6 negatives.
