Jus wondering if there will be a similar mega server like on pc, that would be absolutely amazing if there was, but i find it highly unlikely because i dont think either the ps4 or xboner could support a server of that size
I think as long as the servers could hold upwards of 200-500ppl most people would be satisfied but i have played is a little at a friends house and the world alone is just amazing, in size

Im no server specialist so can someone aware me if the xboner and ps4 are able to run servers of that magnitude
And from pc elder scroll players you think it would be a good purchase for next gen console owners, considering no new games are coming out till september
watch dogs does not count because i already know it will be sub par

Mega server

Not sure if roll bread or not. The minimum specs for PC are lower than the gpu of the Xbone and ps4. So please explain why it wouldn't work

im just thinking of every other multiplayer game on consoles and how they struggle to hold even 24players in a single match
How do mega servers work, especially on consoles, like how could a single server support thousands of people without significant lag, mind you i dont know shet when it comes down to this kind of stuff

The game is chit and a total flop...honestly forget about the game and you'll be better off.

If not, have fun wasting $75+ on it.

Pretty much this. In my case since I've already blown the money, I'm trying to get whatever little enjoyment I can out of it but I'll probably quit when my 30 days are up. Bugs bugs bugs, crappy combat, combat lag, broken quests, blah-de-blah blah, no reason to group, bad instance/phasing mechanics.. the list continues.. lol. Save dat dough OP.

Servers for MMORPGs aren't hosted on consoles, all the console needs to do is connect to the server. ESO isn't the first MMO on consoles, FFXI was on PS2 and had 3k+ people per server on at a time.

Surprised? Crappy combat is basically a staple of Bethesday games :p

I wasn't a big fan of ESO at first, but it's actually a pretty fun game.

Sure, it's not the best game ever made, but it's pretty entertaining.

I played it at my buddies house and it looked pretty fun
i think i just like the fact i can do my own exploring and wont be done exploring every inch of the game within a couple of hrs
It took me like 70-100hrs just to explore every inch of skyrim so if this game could provide me that its worth the buy for myself, but i cant see myself keeping up with the 15$ per month fee past the summer when other games start coming out, but it should keep me entertained atleast for 2-3months hopefully

I figured that Skyrim had decent combat and it was advertised as being similar. Obviously it's a GW2 clone isntead.

Just want Fallout 4 and TES VI. Hope they aren't affected if Zenimax lose money on eso

They will be bug ridden like every previous Elder Scrolls and Fallout game, budget has nothing to do with it.. lol.
