PLEASE GIVE ME SOME FEED BACK... I AM 5'9 - I AM TRYING TO CUT
175 LB WANTING TO GET TO 162-165 7-10 PERCENT BODYFAT

I AM TRYING TO CARB CYCLE
WITHOUT MAKING FUN OF ME PLEASE PROVIDE SOME FEEDBACK...

LOW CARB THEN HIGH CARB BELOW IT..

MY QUESTIONS ARE IF I WORK OUT AND DIP BELOW MY RMR WILL I HOLD ON TO MORE BODY FAT?
ALSO HOW MUCH IS A GOOD HIGH CARB DAY FOR A SOMEONE OF MY STRATURE..

Why not drop all the silly supplements, stop eating 7 times per day and start consuming a rational diet???
