View Full Version : continue cut or start bulk

So I dirty bulked my wat from 160 to 190 in 8 months and gained a lot of fat. Most, if not all of my fat stores in my stomach and around my hips.

Ive been cutting for a month now. I went from 190 to 183 in this time. I want to get bigger and stronger but apparently the only way to achieve this is thru bulking. Should I continue to cut down and then slow bulk? Or just start bulking slowly now? First pic is relaxed and second is semi flexed.

I think you could justify either. If you do decide to bulk make sure it's very slow.

Personally I think I would want to cut for a bit of I was where you are.

I think cutting is the best decision. I want to get rid of my stomach, hip fat before I begin a slow bulk. Im thinking cut down to 160 and then start slow bulking? Anyone give me an estimate on my BF%? I think im around 20%

Cut! Atleast thats what I would do. But like the previous guy said, you could do either. Just depends on how comfortable you are with the extra fat you have now.

Yeah im not too comfortable with that extra fat. How the hell do you rotate a picture on tinypic?
