View Full Version : I find it hard to believe Life Force multivitamin has these dosages in only 2 tablets

Hi,

I've looked into multivitamins in the past.
I'm always looking forward to try NEW multivitamins.

So far I've used Opti-Men, Orange-Triad, Animal and Adam.
The only one that I really enjoyed was Orange-Triad, it is such a great multivitamin with amazing dosages.

But like I said, I want to experience new multivitamins, what if there are better ones that I don't know of?
So I was thinking about Source Naturals Life Force Multivitamin.
http://bodybuilding.com/store/source/life.html

But something smells fishy here.
How did they get to put these dosages and many ingredients in only 2 tablets?
Serving is only 2 tablets and it has more than 2 tablets can contain, unless the tablets are HUGE.

Can someone who tried it tell me more about it?
I'm just gonna try it. If it fails, I'll go back to Orange-Triad.
Orange-Triad also cured my knee pain during squats that orthopaedics couldn't.

LF tabs are thick as fuak, that's how. OT > LF either way.

Anavite, orthocore, medivin
Anavite = too expensive.
Orthocore = underdosed.
Medivin = good multi, but bodybuilding doesn't have it at the moment.
It says
"CURRENTLY UNAVAILABLE:
Estimated Return Date: April 2014"

Thanks for the reply btw.

Just trying new stuff.

So the dosages are real?
2 tablets daily do provide the dosages in the profile?

LMAO are you seriously trashing orthocore??

73% zinc.
Bad form of magnesium.
Dosages on most vitamins are low and some of the forms are cheap.
And it has too many useless ingredients on the bottom of the profile.
6 tabs a day for such expensive price :(

I could be wrong about it, but have you looked at OT's profile? :o

Vit A....

No difference from a regular multi in most cases. The isolation process removes most of what makes food different. If it was compressed food tabs you'd be taking quite a lot of them daily.

I don't understand why you just wouldn't stick with a multi you like and is proven to be high quality. I can see trying new pre's/proteins, but multis? Seems ridiculous.

Look at who we're talking about here. Makes perfect sense.

Remove the Joint complex, flex complex and digestion/immune complex from CL OT and you save 4825mg

I haven't weighed CL OT tabs, but I'd think they're roughly 1000mg each, thus if you were only getting vitamins from CL OT you'd get the full dose with less than 2 tabs
