I eat about 150-200g of carbs per day, and i am cutting. im 185lbs. is this too much? if not, how much carbs should i consume on refeed days?

How much fat should i be getting?

Depends on total calories consumed, unless youre very active thats high for a cut

I'm cutting at 275-300g of carbs. And that's only 1100-1200 calories out of my 2350 calories in total.

Depends on how lean you are at that weight man, and how hard you train.

When I cut for my show I was eating that many carbs. I was also lifting heavy 5 days a week and a couple HIIT cardio sessions a week. I also respond semi-relatively well to a moderate carb diet compared to some people. May be good for you depending on those factors.

i just recently started my cut, not too long ago. 185 @ 17.5% bf. down 10lbs, 2%bf. started 1 month ago. doing starting strength 3 times a week.
Should i do HIIT? Cus i sit at home most of the times after school doing nothing. If so, how long should i do it / how many times a week?

Also, cons of eating too much carbs?

i cut with 350 carbs at 180 lbs if that helps. you need to figure out what works for you . if you are losing on it try to eat as many as possible
