Hi,

My diet currently looks like the attached and was wondering other than the obvious - doritios etc what peoples thoughts are. I am trying to cut body fat and increase strength at the same time. Without going into my training too much I burn approx 1000 calories per session with weights/ cardio.

I am trimming but slowly how can I tweak my diet to get better results? I have read about macros and have worked mine out to be 50-30-20 (PCF) but should I reduce the calories so I end up with a deficit to lose fat? Or should I just reduce the proteins/ carbs slightly?

Thanks

Re-read. Perhaps consider a new source.

How tall are you?

The only comments on the diet are try to eliminate as much processed stuff as you can, and the diet coke.
I don't believe that the Tropical Squash has no calories. If it does that means it's 100% artificial and should be avoided.
