I think there is an important area that is often overlooked and under served here in the forum. In order to make these people feel welcome, they should have their own section to post topics specific to their needs.

I propose the Self pity and excuses section.

In here you can find all 5 star threads like:

-"Losing motivation....can you help me?"
-"Been working out 6 weeks and not gained any size"
-"Cant seem to loose weight no matter what I do"
-"Any good testbooster products out there?"
-"I'm 35, how should I train now that I am old?"

Let us NEVER forget the classics like

-"Where do you find pants to fit?"

Well mods....see what you can do. There seems to be quite a demand for these topics.

Lose Weight

That's why ID bolded it. He knows the proper spelling and was just pointing out that too many guys don't know that in order for your pants to fit loose, you need to lose fat.....

And... help my "mum" to lose weight. Can also be "loose" weight to keep within the theme of the sub-section.

How about the planet fitness sub-section..ya know, no intimidation....instead of the Lunk alarm, you get Lunk negged if you act like a meathead......and than all the meatheads that go into the planet fitness section and get the Lunk neg can have their own sub-section bitching about getting Lunk negged and how they are superior to the posters in the planet fitness subsection..... yet feel inferior because of the Lunk head neg.

Or some sh!t like that

Writing this gave me a headache!

Or, any other malady that a person of even moderate intelligence knows would take them to the doctor.

"I'm going to die soon. I love you all."

Scientific research shows that 10 out of 10 people die.

Of course I'm quoting The New England Journal of Medicine.

Could be false.

Is it caused by taking creatine? Whey?

Is it caused by taking creatine? Whey?

Yes. Very common and very deadly.

The only cure is to rub dirt on it and walk it off.

The ones who always start off with something along the lines of "I used to be an athlete, boxer, muay thai champion, etc" and then claim to be way overweight and how do they get back in shape. So many friggin Al Bundys in here who all they can talk about in their lives is how they supposedly threw 5 touchdown passes for Polk High 40 yrs ago.

how about an O35 FAQ?

provide links to answer many of the questions that are continuously asked like (just to name a few):
can I still put on muscle over 35?
what is a good beginner plan?
what is this pain i'm getting?
how do you balance your time?
how long does it take?
what supplements are good for "our age"?
etc.

how about an O35 INTRODUCTION section? (seperate the "it's been years, but I'm back to working out" threads from the regular area)

an O35 resolutioner section?

Even better are the ones who stand 5'6" and weigh north of 350 lbs and use the word "cut". It's not a cut if you need to lose the equivalent of an entire human you fat son of a bitch.
