Gonna start bulking again, but i wonder if i should take it slow?
Aka reverse dieting, or is that only necessary when for people after contest etc?

I maintain at around 2200, and have been on about 1800 calories. Where should i start?

You could either...

A. Start eating at maintenance for 2 weeks so your body can re-adjust.. and then go into a 10-15% surplus

B. Start raising cals 100-150 per week until you hit your 10-15% surplus


If you want to slow bulk, try to aim for half a pound a week and see how that yields you.
