So I usually use my fitness pal to track macros and I happen to have had all my carbs for the day already..

My dinner tonight consists of ground turkey, eggs and avocado. The avocado is only 15g carbs. I'm playing basketball after dinner... My question is will foods without carbs still give you energy to play a sport?

In the scenario you pose, you'll run just fine on the glycogen already in the fuel tank from previous carb-containing meals.

Thanks. Wasn't sure if id still get energy from daily overall carbs or if it had to be within a certain timeframe before activity
