View Full Version : How much carb/fat should i have

I have been cutting for 5 weeks now and I was wondering if I am consuming enough fats/carbs. I am not doing KETO, I am just doing a standard caloric deficit and reduction of carbs diet. I am 16 182lbs 5'10 around 12% body fat. I am at 2500-2700 calories at 200-240 grams of protein per day, 50-100 carbs a day (200-250 carbs on my refeed day every saturday), and around 800-1000 calories of fat a day. I was wondering if this is enough or too much for the diet. I've dropped weight slowly i went from 195 to 182 lbs in 5 weeks. (prolly around 10 pounds of water).

If you guys can let me know if I am having enough carbs/fats a day or should i reduce even more. Thanks

Cutting = getting smaller.
