Pretty random.

No one follows it in Aus and the cheapest ticket is $259.

Or is it kinda 'I don't give a chit Lisa' because the MLB season has so many games.

Was gonna go because I actually like baseball and wanted to see kershaw pitch in real life ... But wasn't gonna pay $600+ for decent seats.

cheapest tickets are $70

I think playing games overseas is a generally good idea but Aus was a weird choice, though I'm not complaining cos I'm gonna be there

It's cool I guess.. but making them play like a week before everybody else is just stupid.

I don't think Australia really has the space for another major sport

That's probably cause it's already like the day before. When the tickets first went on sale they were probably much cheaper than they are now.

Wish I could've gone to see my boys in blue and visit straya at the same time. Oh well, I'll just have to catch them when they come back home.

For those who are going, Go Blue!

you would've thought they were cheaper now, considering they would want a full house.

they wanna expand to more third world countries. We get a lot of guys from Mexico and Cuba...so why not expose our game to that spider infested third world country Australia and its aboriginals...next will be the even more third world country England.

MLB should be an international league IMO. If the kids do it why can't the adults do it.

I'm guessing there are a quite a fan Australian fans.

I mean, the teams have been scouting over there for awhile now.

Twins have got quite a few prospects in their system from Australia.
