2300 cals with 180g protein, 50-70g fats, 200g carbs. no cardio. arms still 16.5 inches. any bf% estimate and should i take a deeper deficit?

no idea on the bf% but good work. if you have a reason to keep cutting, like a school dance or spring break and you want to show off you might try to keep cutting.

I'd guess around 12-13%. No need for a steeper deficit; progress seems pretty good for a month or so. If/when you stop losing, then drop calories by another 100-200 weekly until weight loss picks up. Otherwise no need to change what you got going.

Refeed and carb up I essentially the same thing. Just bring cals up to maintenance while getting as much CHO as possible for a day (or a few days).

6 weeks isn't that long though, have you stalled?

if youre still losing weight then dont have to go into a deeper deficit. You could lower your carbs and fat by a few grams which is what I do weekly but that just me.
