I used to struggle when it came to gaining weight but now that I've got my macros/calories nailed my weight seems to be steadily climbing at roughly 1lb a week, sometimes a little more. I'm noticing a bit of belly fat and am struggling to keep within my macros and calories. I quite often go over my calories and am constantly hungry, although I haven't yet added enough muscle mass to go on a cut I was just wondering how much weight/fat you all gained on your first bulk and how you fight hunger when you've reached your daily intake "limit"
