Trying to figure out what activity level I should classify myself, so I can get an accurate TDEE.
This is sort of my weekly workout routine:
- Mo: Chest, abs.
- Tu: Back.
- We: Shoulder, abs.
- Th: Bi-Tri.
- Fr: 1 hour Soccer training, then 90 minute game 4 hours later.
- Sa: Legs, abs.
- Su: Bi-Tri.

Just pick one and try it out for a few weeks, adjust as needed.

Only accurate way. I'd start on the higher end if I were you.

OT: Your workout split is very poor and will result in much less progress than could be made using a more optimal program, such as a proven 5x5 routine that you can find in the stickies at the top of the workout program subforum.
