no way on cruz or nicks. colston is a less dynamic version of crabtree imo... smith and wayne, i'm gonna play the age card. welker and brown are close but i'd definitely take crabtree

What about Cruz/roddy white?
for the 2014 season i'd rather have crabtree than white. and i've always thought cruz was a little overrated.

Damn Green Bay fans still irate they got stomped out by the Niners 4 times in a row. Btw I'm not a niners or crabtree fan, so LOL @ you failing to rustle jimmies.

Hard to say, I'd put him probably top 20 though because of that.

People gonna troll in here with the sorry receiver comments but once Crabtree got a QB who wasn't afraid to throw him the ball his numbers blew up. He put up pretty good numbers coming back off the achilles injury which is why I found Sherman talking sh*t that much dumber. He tipped the pass but Crabtree playing a few months after that injury was in position to make the catch for the TD.

Crabtree has some great hands, turning into one of the best route runners out there and has decent speed. If he didn't get hurt last year he would've been an easy top 15. Maybe top 10 though there is a ton of WR talent right now in the NFL.

lol at the 2 trolls who voted top 100....let's see those 99 other receivers.

Hell how about those 34 receivers for the guys voting top 35?

OP that's why you make the polls public.

Because he takes 75% of his snaps split out wide?

So the fact that he lines up on the oline 25% of the time makes him a TE?

He is a tight end. If we're talking about WRs here then he doesn't belong. Or maybe we should stop talking about him being one of the best tight ends in the game if we're using this logic here right?

brb picking and choosing where we want to concentrate on where he lines up on the field. Let's put him in here and drop him from the tight end rankings.

Where did I say I consider him to be a top TE? I consider him a WR that can line-up as a TE in specific situations. He's a hybrid. If you don't consider him a WR you don't watch saints football.

Excellent possession receiver who is great at getting YAC. Great hands and catching ability and played pretty damn impressively after coming back from the achilles injury.

He's the Joe Flacco of receivers.

In that he plays well when he has actually someone decent throwing to him?

Agreed.

Some of his work from last year

If this kid was on a team that threw the ball a ton he'd be in the top 10 no question.

Listing receivers twice will certainly add to your point though...

Michael Crabtree will be a TOP FIVE WR next season. Quote me so I can bump this next year

Brb he has a chip on his shoulder cause of Sherman
Brb contract year...Crabtree is the guy who puts $ before team
Brb he was only 75% last year
Brb this will (hopefully) be his first healthy off season

Crabtree was right when he said "that's the only play he made all game" when talkin bout Sherman. Srs. Watch the film crab beats Sherman a ton of times that game kaep is just a potatoe and only sees 1/4th of the field

Also Crabtree makes Patrick Peterson (who is supposedly a top 5 corner) look like a junior varsity high schooler every time they play
