Shoulders, triceps, hamstrings... and the toothpick calves I've given up on. :(

My brain.

After I started using my brain more, I made better gains.

Back, biceps, forearms, quads, hamstrings, glutes, and more than any of these calves.

The upper leg areas no longer lag because I work them 2x as often as the others. I too have given up on calves, but I may get inspired to work them again soon.

Something will always lag. I went from 6'1" 135 to 6'1" 270 at one point chasing lag. It's why I quit for years. I never stepped on stage but I wanted to not look small-and I always was saying five more pounds would make me "not small"

neck! and forearms. And legs. If not for those I would be a perfect person, charming and nice and all.
