Exactly how much of an elevation are YOU talking about when you are discussing a "spike" in insulin?

Also, what would be your specific goal in pursuing this?

FYI: Exercise causes elevated insulin post workout.

I guess it would just depend on the person. I'm just interested to see what people believe and why they believe it.

For example I choose to believe it for the guilty pleasure.

Gives me an excuse to crush up a peppermint or two and put them in my chocolate whey. Tastes like a peppermint patty

If you want to consume such, do so when in the mood and simply fit it into your total daily intake.
