Hey guys whatsup, recently I realized a lot about liting, hos you don't get big in the gym ect. I've realized the reason I'm not gaining the weight is because I'm not eating the food. Ive gained muscle and form but not any mass. I went from 125-142 than back down to 134 where I am currently. My goal is 160.

I also had a stomach problem that landed me in the hospital last year and since then my appetite has been nonexistent. I'm hoping to come up with some sort of schedule and thought I would ask and see if anybody might be able to tell me where I should begin.
