when you say clean bulk OP, what do you mean?

do you mean keeping your surplus low and gaining weight slowly?

or do you mean following a bro-diet and eating bland bro-foods?

A "clean" bulk means caloric intake is generally <20% above TDEE.

The individual foods you consume to meet that caloric target are largely a function of personal preference, as long as caloric intake is proper and you ensure micro/macronutrients sufficiency, preferably from predominantly whole and minimally processed foods.

Haha let's continue. Oats, whole wheat pasta, quinoa...

Whole milk is good too, but I'm just using skimmed milk it's great too.
