View Full Version : Liquid meal recommendation?

So a family member of mine has parkinsons and has trouble swallowing solid food around 12:00pm (crazy disease). Can anyone recommend a good liquid meal replacement? None of that ensure or artificial sweetener stuff; it would have to be healthy.

Make a homemade smoothie - milk, peanut butter, banana, maybe some oats, etc…blend.

Milk, fruit, some ice cream….and blend. So good.

Thanks man I almost forgot about just blending stuff together lol. Are there any good pre-made smoothie type things that are healthy? Most likely not but juts curious
