I am currently negative in my fats (- 11.26 ) and would like to know if I subtracted 15 grams of carbs (or protein) and added it to my fat intake, would that be okay? I still have 59 carbs, 120.87 protein, and 743 cals left over.

Yes, you can arrange your macronutrients around to compensate and to meet your caloric intake.

Just FYI, the calories from 11g of fat =/= the calories from 15g of carbs/protein.

How are you getting fractional grams? You may be complicating this a bit.

So would it work if I subtracted 26g of protein and added that to my fats?

11.26 G fat = 101.34 cals

26 G Protein = 104 cals

I have been using this for a while, have lost about 17lbs so far.

ensure you meet minimum fat and protein requirements, and then you can use the remaining calories for whatever macros you choose

(you do need to ensure health benefits too from micronutrients etc as well)

I do about 1lb = 1G protein

And for micros, I usually just take a MultiVitamin with about 4-5 servings of multiple vegetables so I make sure I hit my micros.

Yep that'll work. But as AlwaysTryin said, be sure to hit your minimum fat and protein requirements.

But you shouldn't really be obsessing over macros at your age, or even counting them. Don't stress about not "meeting your numbers" once in awhile. If you go a little over, no worries. If you go a little under, no worries.
