I'm cutting and my friend says that boiled chicken breast is the best because it has no fat but honestly it tastes like crap.
I was wondering if it is really bad to cook chicken with a little sunflower oil (i heared it's bad cause of fats).

What's your opinion on this guys?

You weigh 165. A little fat won't kill you. Eat the thighs man. Soooo tasty.

At this point in your life you need to eat as much as you can handle and just start piling on all the mass you can.

He may be really really short though. Whats your height OP?

Eitherway, don't worry macros such as fat won't make you fat, an excess of overall calories to your maintenance is what will make you fat. Just be way of how much you use and make sure your in deficit if your cutting.

cooking it with oil will obviously add fat, just fit it into your macros

A picture would help, OP; but unless you are seriously overweight, don't cut at 17. You're wasting valuable hormones

if i were you, keep enjoying being 17 and exercise as much as you can. get on a good weight lifting program like All-Pro's. in a few years once you're huge, you can cut and show off them abs to all the college chicks.

i'm afraid that if i do enjoy all the foods (believe me i eat a lot of junk food etc.) i'm going to get fat ...

You have no muscles at 165lbs. You want to be defined down to bone?

Not buying it. No 17-year-old kid should be "cutting" at 165 pounds. Get on a good beginner bodybuilding program and start eating at a surplus.

And quit taking nutrition advices from your "friend;" he's clueless.
