220lbs
Train PL mostly with 5/3/1

This Sunday I began my journey doing keto yielding about 2k cals, 100 fats and 200 pro. Changed up my lifting routine to more of a BB style from the PL stuff. Cardio hasn't been around much due to being very sore, but intend on starting this weekend. I also take a water pill from the doctor for my BP which in the past has aided me in losing 10lbs water in about 4 days.

Now I haven't moved a penny from 220 since Sunday. I've been eating the cleanest I ever have and been lifting difference (and burning more cals with this method). My only reasoning is that my body is possibly retaining everything because it is not used to this mode and eventually we give in.

Suggestions and advice?

4 days, seriously? Give it 4 weeks and check again.

IDK what kind of results you expect to see in 4 days...but it's not going to happen.

It's only four days. What do you expect?

See where you're at in 3-4 weeks.
