View Full Version : How do I prep food for a week of Lunches?

I Want to start prepping my food sunday night for a weeks worth of lunches then just throw it in the Microwave at school, can someone guide me on how to do this?? I'm bulking now, I was thinking like
Chiken,Brown Rice, Brocoli, sometimes sweet potatoes.

You can pretty much prepare anything you want if you're applying them towards your macros. Those are all good choices. I like reheated spaghetti myself :)

What do you like to eat OP?

I often make an extra serving of dinner, and pack it for the next day. It does not get so stale that way, and I can eat different meals instead of the same thing all week.

Sometimes I will make a few extra servings on the weekend of a favorite dish, and take it the first few days of the week.

Take some time on Sunday to cook your desired food in bulk and put it in containers and in the fridge, so every night before school all you have to do is put the actual meal together with the food you cooked up in bulk and put it in a container and your set to go!

cook a bunch of meat and veggies and portion into containers
bring that and a potato to microwave bake and spread pb on it
