lets say, when its written 60/20/20

WHAT THE HELL DOES IT MEAN? 60% PROTEIN, BUT 60% OF WHAT? 20% CARBS OF WHAT?

Disregard ratios.
Calculate TDEE/MACRO needs based on the formula provided in the sticky thread at the top of this section.

As far as what the ratio means.
It's saying to consume 60% of calories from Protein / 20% of calories from Fat / 20% of calories from Carbs

I believe so.
Misread OP (thought he said 20% of FAT after protein).

Regardless, calories/nutrient would remain the same.

it means you should use % to calculate macros, calculate macros based off of body mass
