View Full Version : Does my cutting diet need adjustments?+clen considerations

im 91kg 12% and need to cut down to bring abs out, i want to do a slow cut with low carbs to avoid muscle loss. i do 15min slow cardio around 3 times a week maintaining 160+ hr then weights 5-6 times a week.

m1: breakfast- 5 egg white 1 yolk, protien shake whey- glass of water- 10am
m2: beef mince of chicken with 1/2 cup of brown rice- 12-1pm

gym

m3- post workout whey shake with can of tuna- 3pm
m4- beef mince or chicken with 1/4 brown rice with breen beans and spinach- 5:30pm
m5- dinner, beef, chicken, fish veges- 7-8pm

i drink around 3l a day and hoping to do this diet for around 2-3 weeks to bring abs out and get to around 8-9% and maintain, eventually i will block carbs out to drop more and might also consider taking clen to avoid muscle lost and get more leaner. if ive left anything out or you have recommendations let me know !!!

Calories? macros? 12% and no abs?i have a stubborn fat layer, had it my whole life, i have the top 2 abs, obliques are good saratus is visible just lower abs is coverd with stubborn fat

and can i eat fruit like apples, bananas, oranges and mandarins ?
