I just started lifting weights again (last time I only took whey protien shake half the time) and I was told to get these supplements --->
creatine
glutamine
multi-vitamins
flax seed oil

I looked at the list of each, and I have no clue which to buy....Could anyone help me out?

And is there anything else I should take while weightlifting to gain muscles?

Flax seed oil pills are a waste of money IMO. You have to consume at least 5, to as much as 10 to get the same amount as in a tablespoon of pure oil, and most of us take about 2-5 tablespoons a day. I had the pills before, and taking about 10 a day lasted me barely a week. Oil is expensive as well, but still more cost effective. Try to get it locally at a place that keeps it refrigerated (Whole Foods keeps theirs refrigerated). To save money, I would probably buy the seeds as well and use maybe 1 tablespoon of the oil/day while using the seeds in shakes (that way, you can make the oil last longer and still get enough flax)

Oh, and the same applies to glutamine; don't bother with the pills, just get the powder. And glutamine is glutamine, just get the cheapest one available as there's virtually no difference between each of them. Some say the same about creatine, but most of the product variation comes in the ingredients outside of creatine. I personally buy regular creapure creatine (Prolab is good and pretty cheap), I wouldn't bother with the exensive stuff like Cell Tech which puts in a lot of extra sh*t in it, or even the micronized stuff by AST

I would also add some whey protein to that list. A lot of people recommend 100% whey by Optimum, and some claim that the VP2 stuff by AST actually makes a difference, but I can't say. I'm actually debating whether I should try it or not

Yeah, I already bought some whey protien before.
