i want to lose fat and dont want to lose any muscle mass at the same time so any advice what food should i eat maybe post your diet so i can see what does the proper diet look like

also don't do something because others are doing it.

just exercise as much as you can. lift weight, and keep eating food.

Basically you will look like Bruce lee without all the muscles. Just eat and lift. Cut after you have muscles. With all that fat guy u still have no muscles to show off. And u can't build muscles being underweight and underfed nom saying?

You're 16, don't cut. If you're just starting off you can gain muscle and lose fat at the same time..

Also, losing fat without losing ANY lean body mass is not possible..
