Hey guys, i have an question about my metabolism.
I was 95 kg before , And i wanted to lose weight so i ahve eaten for 1,5 year long just 1200 calories,
After i weighted 56 kg i knew i needed to get more weight

I ate in the begin just 1100-1200 calories, after some months i started toe at 1600 and than 1800

I increased this month my calories to 2300 on trainingsday and 2100 on rest days

But i have gained al ot of weight and very fast i think like 0.1 kg a day , im now 60,2 kg and i don't know what to do, lower my calories or just eat like this .?

I appreciate all help!

You'd be gaining a lot of water weight and extra food in GI tract from increased cals

When was the last time you took it in for a check-up?
Maybe it needs an oil change...

initforfitness: what do you mean?
always: aha oke, but how long does it take for the waterweight
Cummin: i mean iim eating just 2300 on trainingsdays , im training 6 times a week, going to school so 2300 isn't that high but im gaining weight, is that normal or is it just that my metabolism need to get working again? i have eaten before this just 1200-1600 alories:S

You're 17 and 127 pounds, and you're worried about gaining weight? Growth spurt much?

Even at 5'8--it'll be ok. Just take a barbell, pick it up, put it down, and repeat until exhausted.

2300 calories shouldn't be that insanely high--you may have picked up some water weight--but if you're gaining substantial fat at 2300--and you're working out 6 days a week--I'd see a doctor. Your maintanance--as an active, healthy 17 year old shouldn't be 1500.

That's assuming you're good at counting calories. I always assume everyone is. Maybe you suck at it though.

dont worry what the number on the scale says. exercise and eat right, you wont get fat "all of a sudden"
