My diet consists of chips, pop, "mom's healthy food", sunflower seeds, nuts, berries, cheese and salami sandwiches and including the KFC or McDonalds couple times a month. I play football and i want to lose weight already been to like 3 different forums with same approach. Hate being that fat kid who can't be the athlete he envisions.


Stats:Age: 15
Height: 5 Feet 6 & a 1/2 inches.
Weight: 220lbs (Fluctuates by increases of 2lbs and decreases of 2lbs being that 220lbs is my prime weight)
Body Fat %: I Don't Know, it's most likely pretty high. (Estimate: 30-45%)
Muscle %: N/A
Position Played in the 2013 Season: Will/Mac Linebacker/Offensive Line
40 Yard Dash: 5.4 (Timed around quarter way through the season. Probably has increased a bit.)
Future Position: Fullback or Linebacker. (Preferably mac)
Supplements: Creatine. (Feels like it works seen a bit more muscle in my upper body workouts) (NOT LOADING CREATINE) (5g with 250-350 mL of water)
Bench Press: Max of 1 Rep: 180-90lb
Leg Press: Max of 1 Rep: 405lb
Dead-lift: Max of 1 Rep: 225lb
Power Clean: 95-115lb <--- :/
Squat: Max of 1 Rep: 225lb
Lateral Pull down: Max of 1 Rep: 115lb
Thats all im going to put in for stats again, PLEASE HELP ME OUT IN THE OF MEAl/DIET PLANS, SUPPLEMENTS THAT WOULD HELP ME, WORKOUT PLANS, DIFFERENT EXERCISES, STORIES ETC. Thanks bye now.
