Can anybody help me create a diet plan, i'm a vegetarian 5"8 weight 120 pounds and I'm trying to get to atleast 160, can anybody help me create a diet plan.

Nope. Do it yourself you lazy sod. However, feel free to feast on peanut butter, whole fat milk, cheese, pasta, porridge, nuts, butter blah blah blah.

Find your TDEE. Decide how many calories you want to go in to surplus. Plan macros. Fill diet plan with foods that you like to eat and will hit said macros. Then gain weight. Simple.

Snack on peanuts. Not very filling, but very calorie dense. Just an idea.
