Specifically looking to start betting NCAA and NFL football. Nothing major money. Maybe 50 to 100 a game.

Don't want to have to have a large amount to cash out or any major hassle getting my money.

5 dimes for early/less juiced lines or bovada.lv for the bonuses

5 dimes offers probably the most generous betting lines, and only 100 dollars get your started.

this thread comes in 2x a week i've personally answered it about a dozen times but I'll try again

best books are the ones rated by SBR, they start at F and go up to A (seems backwards I know, but the F's are the top books)

Wagermadness, Oddsmaker, and GoldBetting all with F ratings! Just pick one of those and you're on your way

Sorry, I didn't try a search and don't spend to much time around here. It would be nice to get a sticky but i suppose given the legal status may be hard.

So what gives SBR the authority to be a good rating service?

I'm new to this and accept I might loose a few bucks trying to learn how it works.

And what do you brahs mean by less juices lines? So these sites not go off of Vegas odds for the most part?

I was listening to the radio and heard that BYU is favored 6.5 over BSU tomorrow night and I definitely think Boise will cover that so I want to throw some cash on it.

The biggest worry I have is getting on a site where it's impossible/hard/suspect to get my money when I win. I don't want to wait 8 weeks for a check in the mail that might never come and then have no one to call when they **** me over.

Be careful. You betting sites you have to have a minimum amount before you can "cash out" like. On 5dimes you can't just insert 100, make a single 20 dollar bet and then cash out and never bet again. I think for them to send you a check (which doesn't take long at all because it's western union) I think the minimum they'll send a check for is if you have 1000. The other (bolovi?) may be different

Also, each website can make their own line. The reason 5 dimes is the most popular is because they offer reasonable lines (some of the best) out there.

Let's say in Vegas, the Miami hurricanes are favored to win this weekend by 28 points, 5dimes will give you a better line. They'll be favored by 23. (Just an example)

Or say a team is favored by 5, 5dimes might have them favored at 3. It's why they typically have the most customers.

sorry for trolling, most people ask this bc they're too lazy to do their own research, seems you've done a little so I'll help.

Reduced Juice is what 5dimes offers, so on all spreads instead of having -110 you'll get -105 lines. Also better value on the moneylines. This is a huge advantage in the long run. Don't take their bonus and just accept the "reduced juice program". Bonuses are for suckers anyway, you have to roll it over 10x or something before you can even cash out. If you don't understand what the juice (-110, -105, etc) means just ask i'll explain.

You don't have to worry about getting paid at 5dimes, or any A rated book for that matter. They'll western union the cash in a few days max (less than a week guaranteed, sometimes 24 hours). The waiting 2 months bullchit is what crappy books like sportsbook.com do, my #1 priority is cashing out quickly and w/out fees, and 5dimes is one of the best at that.

I suggest you deposit via Western union or Moneygram. This will make you a "cash player", so when you want to cash out you don't have to verify $hit. IF you deposit with cc/debit, you're gonna have to verify license/utility bills/scan of cc/debit card/ etc. You can use WU online, if u don't feel like going to one in person to send money to the phillipines (usually where they make u send it). I thought i'd get weird looks but not a single fuk is ever given.

Yes you can. There's only a $50 or $100 min on WU/MG withdrawals. Sending a check has nothing to do with WU by the way..

Wat? Srs? I could've sworn it was 1000 because I have 350 in there and would have withdrew at least 200 a month ago. Is it a 30 dollar fee?

requesting a check is $1000 minimum, getting western union cash is not, completely different bro. I don't know why anyone would want to get a check anyway, heard too many bad stories.... BRB WU cash in my hand in 2 days, very little paper trail. 5dimes offers free payouts on mondays (if u request it in the morning). I would never fork over a fee to get paid. Did I charge them a fee to take my deposit?

most banks (mine did) will block any transaction that is outside of the country (which most of these gambling sites are)

so make sure to call your bank and tell them to allow the transaction, because they will block it

To add to what I said above, I had to learn how their payouts really work by asking them on live chat, the site doesn't explain anything. Just go to live chat and get some answers. If u ever want to cash out, go to live chat on monday morning and request a western union payout, it'll be free.

Another reason why depositing/withdrawing via WU/MG is the best. Just dodged this problem entirely

Fair enough. Ya I'm reading on everything right now.

What I'm curious most about is the money lines. I get the juice (commission for the house) over under (duh) straight bets ect.

Also interests in parlays. I understand it but I feel like there are some newbie traps that I want to aware myself on (kinda lile the bonus thing)

For example black jack in Vegas offers insurance but most legit players never take it.

Just curious if there is any bull chit house scams like that in sports books or are they pretty straight up.

everyone has their own style of sports gambling. The main rules are keep your bets about 5-10% of your bankroll (we all break this though), and don't fuking chase when you're losing. Personally, I only make straight bets and occasionally teasers or a 2 team parlay. parlays seem fun and low risk/high reward, but in the long run you're losing money. That's a fact. They're noobish/sucker bets, ok to make from time to time but anyone that strictly does parlays doesn't last very long

I posted this already but yes you can just do it online, the fees are a little higher though.

Kyletx can correct me, but I'm sure you can do it online. You'll need to get the name of who you're sending it to. I'm sure that's on the website.

Then when you cash out I'm sure you have to go in person, have your first and last name. And the transaction/check number or whatever. Which I'm sure 5 dimes sends you when you cash out

I will also say, if you've never gambled start small. Srs. You have to realize 5 dimes is in it to make money.

I almost put 300 on the hurricanes (-9) over the 1-4 UNC. Thank god I didn't.
