Hey guys, I'm 18 years old, 6 foot, and I weigh 161. I have lost weight over the past couple of months, and I am not overweight but I still have some fat on my chest and thighs. I'm sick of being able to see my chest through shirts and all. Do you have any tips for losing that extra chest fat and thigh fat? I have been doing tons of cardio and have been eating at a huge caloric deficit, I literally feel dizzy after cardio. I run 2.5 to 3 miles and jump rope afterwards. I eat healthy and really have been watching my diet. Any tips will help. Want to get my body fat percentage down. Thank you so much!!!

There might be quite a lot of factors why you are not loosing more fat: too high deficit, too low deficit, too high carbs, too low carbs, bad quality products, bad list of products, body could get used to high intensivity long cardio, you could be too long on a deficit diet so your body is fighting with that.
