I may be wrong, but aren't carbs utilized first before protein and fat?

Therefore, wouldn't it make sense to making eating a steady flow of carbs a priority on days you can't get your meals in due to being super busy?

Not really. What kind of carbs are you talking about?

I eat one large meal filled with Veggies (carbs), Fats (coconut oil), and Protein (chicken or meat) and I'm set to go for the day @ work.

Whenever I eat any processed carbs (bread, grains, etc) I'm simply hungry again in about 2 hours.
