I'm wanting to lean bulk at a decently slow rate with minimal unnessasary fat gains.

My stats
20% bf

All of my confusion comes from calculating TDEE. I'm just not sure how much I'm burning thru out the day.

I lift 6 days a week, and my job is walking around for 7 hours per day. Nothing too physical, just walking and standing for 7 hours a day.

Reps for life for help. Just hit me with a pm when it's recharged

At best a TDEE calculator will just give you an estimate. You seem to be moderate-very active so I'd go with that as your activity level for a few weeks and see how it goes.

Read the stickies and do it yourself. Stop being lazy. Also why bulk at 20%?
