View Full Version : Weekly, daily, monthly total calories Q

Can you vary calories over a coruse of say 2 weeks, 3 weeks, a month or is it just over a week/daily so that its easier? I have been under eating heavily and even took a week off a few weeks ago and hit a wall again and this time i decided to up my calories and wow i feel alot more filled out again but i guess i wasnt eating as much as i was supposed to. Over the course of the past two weeks my total weekly calories over maitenance (3200 calories) were 500+ and 1000+.

So hypothetically speaking, can i over eat say 4000+ to balance out my past few weeks of under eating?

Im bulking and i weigh 188 7%, dont want to gain too much fat but yeasterday when i ate 5500 calories which is 2300 over maintenance i woke up still lean but killed the gym. With that being said I think i can get away in the short while eating alot more while staying lean and making gains?

You're over thinking/over complicating things OP.
Just get back on track with your normal bulking calories and go from there.
