hello , how many calories do you go over your tdee to bulk ? and i want an amount that will help me develop lean muscle mass and not add to much fat just lean muscle ?

Sorry to break it to you but you will gain fat on a bulk. You could go for a slow bulk at 10% above TDEE or a so called dirty bulk at 20% (which is what I am on). I would advise heavy compound lifts during your bulk.

The textbook answer is 20% for a moderate bulk (not dirty/not clean) but honestly it will depend on alot of variables. Trial and error mate, start with 20% and after a month re-assess and adjust ur macros accordingly (down if you're putting on BF to fast, up if the opposite)

For a lean bulk I'd start with 10% over TDEE. Adjust later if necessary.
