I will be starting my cutting phase on Monday, that why I am adding bcaa to my stack.my question is when should I take bcaa (capsule) on active/rest day, how much and what should I take it with?

if your protein intake is sufficient they are not going to help much

OP, I would slowly bulk up to over the next two years and than cut before you go to college unless you have any contest plans. Take advantage of how quickly your gains will come in your teens and spend your time acquiring size/strength. It's understandable to want to be shredded, but you aren't going to look thick, solid, and tight at 150 and 510 shredded.

Since it is in capsule form, I would go preworkout. I wouldn't really worry about taking it on off days, especially if you get adequate protein form your diet.
