View Full Version : please help me improve my bulking diet

I'm 5'7 and 141lbs now, currently bulking on 2910 calories, the 'Lunch' and 'Dinner' are set as normal cause I'm always eating different vege/meat but with rice for sure daily,and they are around 400 calories but I'm not sure of the P/C/F.

So my questions are

1) Is my protein in take too low?? I'm like 14-15% BF

2) Is carb intake too high??

3) Good thing to eat 8 breads/day?? Any replacement?

4) Any replacement you guys suggest to replace oat?? Cause I take super long to finish, and if I blended it, it makes me wanna vomit even though I added banana or milk to make it taste better

5) Lastly, anything you guys suggest to ADD/REMOVE?? Please don't suggest chicken/beef/salmon or other meat since they are very expensive over here

It all seems decent except for the fact that I see no greens in here, you need greens and their micros. But yes, increase your protein at least 30grams if you can!

1) 100 grams of protein is most likely enough for you during bulking. Since you haven't counted your lunch yet your protein intake is good.

2) Your carb intake is fine. You can go higher if you want.

3) If you enjoy it it's good. 8 slices of bread could give you a lot of fiber.

4) Anything you enjoy and that fits your macros and micros.

5) Maybe some more vegetables or different fruit.

Make a smoothie: yoghurt, banana, blueberries.

Another one: milk and chocolate icecream.

Make pasta with minced meat, 200 gram chopped vegetables and tomato sauce.

For more calories: bread with nutella and peanut butter.

Basically, anything you like ;)

The most important thing is that you reach your macros and micros by the end of the day.

Eggs, make them your friend, stock up, and eat them.
